The resistive mini band is a great piece of equipment giving you the ability number one to stop on a dime and also in strengthening that glute is going to prevent ACL injuries. Focusing on the foot, you wanna make sure you’re keeping the heel down, you’re keepin the big toe down as well. Very important strengthening the glute so you wanna make sure you’re using this mini band to keep the glute strong and help your ability of your power athletes to cut on a dime.”
