How To Do Bosu Ball Pushups
Transcriptions: “Hi, I’m Shane Toman, certified personal trainer and CoachUp coach — and this is the bosu ball push-up. The reason you want to do the bosu ball push-up is to improve your upper body explosiveness. You want to start with one hand in the middle of the bosu ball, and the other on the ground, you want to be about shoulder width apart. And so you get up in a plank position, which means your core is straight, just like this. You go down so your chest just touches the bosu ball here, then you fire up as hard as you can and flip to the other side. And then repeat on the other side, just like that.”
