Evan: Hi I’m Evan with CoachUp. So now we’re gonna work on our hanging leg lifts. What that’s gonna help us do is it’s really gonna work out our obliques and our abdominals. That’s gonna help with our balance, as well as build up our muscle in our arms just from the hang, to help keep your balance out on the field.
