Reggie Rembert: Hi, I’m Reggie Rembert: former first team All-American, from the United States Air Force Academy, and CoachUp coach. And this is the press stance. A press coverage stance is when you have a defender up close and personal. If the ball is on the left, you want your left foot forward. You also want to make sure you always check with the ref to make sure you’re onside. With the stance, you want more of a balanced stance, so that you can go laterally, so that you have the best chance of beating the defender.
