How To Do Box Jumps
Transcription: “Hi, I’m Shane Toman, certified personal trainer and CoachUp coach — and this is the box jump. The reason you want to do box jumps is to improve your lower body explosiveness. To do a box jump, you face the box, crouch to about a 90 degree angle with your knees, bring your hands back, and power through from your feet all the way to your hips and land on the box.”
