However, that means it’s time to turn up the intensity and start sweating! This week, Jess is leading you through a 10 Minute Crunch-less Abs routine.
Are you trying to prepare for the summer season, but just aren’t a fan of those pesky crunches? Well, Jess has got you covered with another easy, at-home workout. From plank poses to tough core exercises, this is a great way to start your day, break up your work hours, or even burn off some extra calories after dinner.
These exercises are great because you can do them anytime, anywhere and without pricy or heavy equipment.
