Amanda: Hi, I’m coach Amanda. Today we’re gonna go over dynamic drills. It’s really great to do these after your dynamic stretching and before a hard workout. These get your muscles ready to fire. We’re gonna show you how to improve your knee drive with high knees and we’re gonna do glute kicks. That’s gonna help and activate and get your hamstring muscles ready to fire. These are all part of our dynamic warm up routine which we’re gonna show you today.
