  • ½ cup oil
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 6 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cups wheat germ
  • ¼ cups each to taste: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, coconut, raisins, chopped dates

Directions

Heat oil in roasting pan. Mix in honey. Add oats, wheat germ, seeds, nuts and coconut, stirring thoroughly. When ingredients are mixed in, bake at 275° for ½ to ¾ hour, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove when granola is golden brown. Add dried fruit.
