Chiam Andler: Hi I’m Chiam Andler. I’m a coach with CoachUp. Next up we’re gonna do a kettlebell bulgarian squat. This is an exercise, it’s a single leg exercise which really makes sure that we’re using each leg equally. It removes that potential for imbalance and it really targets the glutes and the quads.
