How To Crow Hop

Transcription: “Hi, my name is Clint Chalk. I’m a former college baseball player and CoachUp coach — and this is the crow hop. It’s important to learn proper crow hop techniques, in order for you to get your momentum going towards your target. After you catch the baseball, we now need to go into our crow hop. As you catch the baseball with your glove foot out, you’re then gonna take your back leg, and whip it through the front part of your body. In order for you to get momentum to your target, we want our momentum going to the target with this crow hop. We don’t wanna go up and down with our crow hop.”
