Transcription: “Hi, I’m Junyong Pak, 2-time World’s Toughest Mudder and this is the barbed wire crawl. Alright so we’re gonna roll through the first part and then crawl through the second. So you’ll notice how much different it is rolling, you can really move through this efficiently, but again you get messed up with your coordination when you roll. Total body workout, you’re getting cardiovascular effort in and engage all your core muscles and this is something that you can replicate imaging that there is waters above you. You know I do that on various surfaces in the sand, the sand is really great because it provides that extra resistance as well.”
